- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder and red pepper flakes, stirring well.
- Add baked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
