Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  7. Add garlic powder and red pepper flakes, stirring well.
