- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground flaxseed, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted coconut oil and water.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.
