Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce (sugar-free)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
