Description

A delicious keto diet friendly meatball casserole with cheese and sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
