- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Make sure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
