Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

  • Make sure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
