A refreshing salad combining kale, apples, and a tangy lemon dressing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the apples and remove the seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine kale, apples, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor.

- Use any type of apple you prefer.
- Adjust honey for sweetness as desired.
