A healthy salad inspired by Jennifer Aniston.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

- This salad is versatile; you can add your favorite proteins.
- Store leftover salad in the fridge, but keep the dressing separate.
