Description

Japanese katsu bowls with tonkatsu sauce are a delicious and satisfying dish featuring breaded and fried pork served over rice with a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pork cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
