Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the raspberries, honey, and diced jalapeños.
- Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken fillet on both sides for about 3-4 minutes.

- Pour the raspberry mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
