A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with jalapeno popper flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and jalapenos.
- Spread the mixture on four slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired spice level.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
