Description

A delicious Italian chicken panini filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and tangy sauces.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or grill.
  2. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, basil, and mozzarella on one slice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, pesto side down.
  6. Grill in the panini press for about 5 minutes, until bread is golden and cheese melts.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.
