  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Optionally, heat olive oil in the Instant Pot and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken and sprinkle taco seasoning on top, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Close the lid of the Instant Pot, set the vent to sealing, and cook on manual or pressure cook for 10 minutes. Allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before releasing any remaining pressure.
