- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef cubes, brown on all sides.
- Stir in paprika and caraway seeds.
- Add bell pepper and diced tomatoes.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until beef is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
