Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and olive oil.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium heat.
- Cook salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Double the recipe for larger portions.
