Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the oats under cold water.
- Combine oats and water in a blender.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag.
- Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired.
- Store oat milk in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
