Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the arepa flour and salt.
- Add warm water gradually while mixing.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into balls and flatten them into discs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the arepas for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of fillings.
