Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add hot honey and soy sauce, stir well.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper, sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
- Garnish with green onions.
