A refreshing and flavorful chicken salad made with honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt with mayonnaise if desired.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
