Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, coating well.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
