Description

Grilled chicken marinated in honey and lime served with mixed vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onion)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. In the last 5 minutes of grilling, add mixed vegetables to the grill.
  6. Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
