Description
Grilled chicken marinated in honey and lime served with mixed vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, onion)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In the last 5 minutes of grilling, add mixed vegetables to the grill.
- Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust lime juice based on your taste preference.
- Vegetables can be customized based on availability.
