- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 small tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Slice halloumi into thick pieces.
- Cook halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Drizzle honey over halloumi and cook for another minute.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble tacos with halloumi, avocado, greens, tomatoes, and onion.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top and season with salt and pepper.
