Description
Sweet and tender honey glazed carrots make a perfect side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, boil water and add the carrots.
- Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the carrots and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrots back into the pot and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until glazed.
Notes
- Adjust honey based on sweetness preference.
- Try adding herbs for extra flavor.
