Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil water and add the carrots.
  2. Cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the carrots back into the pot and stir to coat.
