Description

A simple and tasty one-pan dinner featuring honey garlic shrimp and sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Pour honey and soy sauce over the shrimp and sausage; stir to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
