Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat until warm.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
