Description

Tender meatballs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Heat until warm.
  7. Toss the cooked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce before serving.
