Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Drizzle sauce over meatballs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- These meatballs freeze well.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
