Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Drizzle sauce over meatballs.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Serve warm.
