- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve meatballs warm and enjoy.
