Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve chicken over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
