A simple recipe for homemade Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Shake well before using.
- Can be stored for up to two weeks.
- Use on salads or as a marinade.
