Description

This is a simple recipe for homemade hemp milk.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the hemp seeds under cold water.
  2. Combine hemp seeds and water in a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
  5. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract if desired and blend again.
  6. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
