Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, minced garlic, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
