Soft and fluffy homemade garlic dinner rolls.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, egg, minced garlic, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat before serving for best results.
