Description
Delicious homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates with a creamy hazelnut center, coated in chocolate and crushed nuts.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 150g hazelnuts
- 200g Nutella
- 100g crushed hazelnuts for coating
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Toast hazelnuts in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Let hazelnuts cool, then chop half and leave half whole.
- In a bowl, mix chopped hazelnuts with Nutella.
- Form small balls from the Nutella mixture and insert a whole hazelnut in the center.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate with vegetable oil.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and then roll in crushed hazelnuts.
- Let them cool on a baking sheet until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use quality chocolate for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
