Description

Delicious homemade Ferrero Rocher chocolates with a creamy hazelnut center, coated in chocolate and crushed nuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 150g hazelnuts
  • 200g Nutella
  • 100g crushed hazelnuts for coating
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Toast hazelnuts in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Let hazelnuts cool, then chop half and leave half whole.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped hazelnuts with Nutella.
  4. Form small balls from the Nutella mixture and insert a whole hazelnut in the center.
  5. Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with vegetable oil.
  7. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and then roll in crushed hazelnuts.
  8. Let them cool on a baking sheet until chocolate hardens.
