Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine kale and Brussels sprouts.
- Add cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss to combine all ingredients.
