Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and celery, sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cornbread, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and beaten eggs until well mixed.
  6. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
