Description

Delicious sliders perfect for holiday breakfasts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add eggs to the skillet and scramble with sausage until cooked.
  5. Slice slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer sausage and egg mixture on the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the sausage and egg.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  9. Melt butter and brush on top of the sliders.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
