Ingredients

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add eggs to the skillet and scramble with sausage until cooked.
- Slice slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer sausage and egg mixture on the rolls.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sausage and egg.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Melt butter and brush on top of the sliders.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
