- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Whip the cream and fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the cream mixture on the cooled cake.
- Roll the cake into a log shape and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice and serve.
