A hearty and easy-to-make casserole dish featuring ground beef, potatoes, and vegetables.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the beef, sliced potatoes, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- This dish can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
