Description
A delicious hibachi steak bowl with vegetables and rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until desired doneness.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve steak and vegetables over rice.
Notes
- You can use chicken or tofu instead of steak.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
