Description

Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or hibachi grill over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Push the vegetables to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
- Combine the rice with the vegetables and eggs.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add green onions and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- Use day-old rice for best results.
- Customize with your choice of proteins.
