Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread minced garlic and herbs over the dough.
- Roll tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
