Description

This is a delicious no-bake banana split cheesecake that combines the flavors of banana, chocolate, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Layer with sliced bananas, chocolate syrup, and crushed pineapple.
  8. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  10. Garnish with chopped nuts and additional whipped cream before serving.
