Description

Delicious heart-shaped brownies with a raspberry swirl for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Stir in flour and salt until combined.
  6. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  7. Drizzle raspberry puree over the batter.
  8. Top with remaining brownie batter.
  9. Use a knife to swirl the raspberry puree.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Let cool before cutting into heart shapes.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  • Use fresh raspberries for the puree.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
