Description
A nutritious and tasty chicken salad with a ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Serve on a bed of greens or in a wrap.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
