These healthy peanut butter cookies are easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
