Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden.
