A healthier version of the classic orange chicken dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with orange zest and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
