Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
