Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried fruit, chopped
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Change nuts and dried fruit to your preference.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
