- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried fruits
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, dried fruits, and chia seeds.
- In a saucepan, heat honey and nut butter until melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract and mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
