A rich and creamy healthy chocolate mousse made with avocados and cocoa.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer to serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use ripe avocados for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Top with fresh berries or nuts if desired.
