Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add honey and almond butter to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Substitute almond butter with peanut butter if desired.
