Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, honey, and coconut oil.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
