Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Add cooked rice and diced pineapple to the pan.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
