Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Toss until the chickpeas are well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or flatbreads.
- Adjust the amount of harissa to your spice preference.
